Product Information Submission

Companies may submit product information to USAPHC to be included in the listing of available sources of supply. Note that each toxicity clearance is conditionally approved based upon the product formulation and specific application. Additional vendors or manufacturers will be listed only when the products are the specific formulation or application for which a toxicity clearance has been approved. In addition, we approve the release of information on USAPHC Internet homepage (if applicable).
