Register for the Advanced Waste Management Workshop
Description: Designed for personnel who completed the basic course and need to be updated on the latest regulatory changes. Students will discuss the latest environmental issues, review areas of special interest and evaluate various case studies on waste management. Students get the opportunity to practice decision-making techniques in small group sessions and orally discuss courses of action for scenarios commonly encountered during environmental audits. Students will receive a half day of Instructor Training in conjunction with the advanced technical information.
Prerequisites: Must be DoD or DoD Contractor Personnel who previously took the USAPHC Basic Waste Management Course (or an equivalent).

Remarks: TARGET AUDIENCE: Healthcare facility personnel who previously took the basic waste management course (or an equivalent) who want to strengthen their skills in the environmental sciences and receive the latest regulatory information. Typical participants are Environmental Science Officers, Medical Logisticians, Laboratory Officers, Healthcare Administrators, Safety Officers, Pharmacists, Environmental Managers.
