This is a great brochure for tthe topic, and directed at leaders specifically. I think it is very informative, on target and somethig all leaders should commit to memory

This is a great resouce for Leaders at any level. It provides "to-do's" and what to avoid. I especially like the guidelines for how to handle a phone call versus a in person encounter. The scenarios remove many of the questions that present themselves when dealing with a potentially suicidal person as well. I provide these to all E-5 and above.
